GROUP TRAINING

Fitness with friends! Coached group classes consist of a warm-up, skill or strength portion, and WOD (workout of the day).

PRIVATE TRAINING

Need some extra coaching, instruction, or just some cheerleading? Private sessions let you take your skills to the next level.

On-RAMP

New to this? This is the first step to group classes. We’ll introduce you to the skills and movements safely and effectively.

The training that we provide is based on developing GPP (General Physical Preparedness) and features a few things: constant variation, functional movements, done at high Intensity. This combination is what allows you to truly develop overall health and wellness, allowing you to run, ski, bike, paddle, play and overall just live better.

How Do I Start?

The first step to training with us is to contact us to schedule a consult with one of our coaches. During this time we’ll discuss your goals, fitness background, any limitations and any other questions. From there we will direct you toward the appropriate On-Ramp program option.

On-Ramp is our program that introduces you to our training methods and movement techniques, and are scheduled as 1-on-1 (or a group!) sessions with a coach. This will allow you to safely move on to group classes. On-Ramp packages consist of 3 intro sessions (6o min. each), plus your first month of unlimited classes, and is priced at $250.
